Who We Are
At Rock of Ages, it is our goal to get to know who Jesus is and to share who He is with you!
(Spoiler: He loves you so much, in a way that is beyond belief!)
Our Beliefs
The Bible is the holy, inspired, inerrant Word of God. In fact, the Bible tells us that itself,
Men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit
- 2 Peter 1:21
Therefore, we take every word of it very seriously. Every word that our God gave us to paint the picture of our reality - our reality which has been marred, tainted, and ruined by sin.
When our first parents, Adam and Eve, ate from the forbidden fruit they plunged humanity into a world that now included death as the just punishment for our many sins.
But God did not want us to perish eternally, so he sent Jesus. The very Son of God, who died on a cross in our place, and opened up our graves by bursting forth from His own.
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus!

You are set free through simply believing in Jesus! Heaven is your home. That is the good news we call, the Gospel.
